Carlos, with John Wayne Service Company, did an amazing job of explaining exactly what happened with our ac and how he could fix it. He went over the maintenance of the drain line so that we won't have the issue again. Really nice guy and was very respectful. We will definitely use their services again and ask for Carlos!
