Waited in line to check in once we arrived (the line was wrapped around 3 times!!) and it took 2.5 hours to get to the front of the line! We decided we wanted a refund and then got a lecture on how this type of wait is typical for convention weekends . Taking 2.5 hours to check people in is not normal folks.
