The man was very rude. He told me that the reason he wanted $150 to cut a car key that I purchased on eBay was because he had a $10,000 machine to pay for. Sorry, but a very poor business decision does not justify gauging the customer and if they walk out and you do not use the machine at all you will never pay for it!
