Been in early labour since Sunday afternoon. Came in first thing Monday morning to see my consultant and she booked in to Antenatal to be induced for Tuesday morning. Called at 8am on Tuesday to see what time I should come in. Got told 12 midday.
Got to the hospital for 11:30am only to be told they had over booked. Didn t get to a room until about 2pm then didn t get induced until gone 4pm. Had pessary put in but had to have it taken out at 2am as contractions were 40 seconds apart and two minutes long. Had it taken out and they almost completely stopped within a few hours. Got checked at 11am and told I could go to delivery suit to have my waters broken. It s now almost 24 hours later and I m still in antenatal 3 DAYS later. Dealing with head of ward Noella, she s really helpful but the service is shocking and appalling. I ve basic been here for three days with no progress. It s horrible. Noella and mikaela the induction Midwife are the two most helpful people here. I will never have another child at pembury! I m 20 years old and lost 4 children so far and I m worried sick I m going to lose my daughter as well and no one seems to give a damn.
