I have been under your treatment for terminal cancer since February. From your primary doctors, pulmonary doctors, radiation, neurology, anesthesia, rehab you have been incompetent from the beginning till now. The only staff I can speak highly of is your nursing staff. Top of the line there, if I was your physician staff I would be embarrassed.
