Nick was very polite and most helful in explaining what he was doing and things about my AC unit. He was very complete and precise in explaining things that he was doing and what needed to be done in the future to prolong the unit and keep it running efficiently in the future. He explained he needed to put in a new squirrel cage and he would find one and be back to install it as soon as he finds one. It was refreshing to have someone take the time and explain everything to me. Thank you for the service and promptness in getting out to check out my AC unit and do maintance for me.
