Staff was meh (borderline rude), recommendations by conceirge were just bad, and the restaurant was unimpressive. You can find a much better hotel, in a better location, for a better price.

We had called and asked if the king size was a true king size or two beds pushed together. We were told it was one bed, and of course this was a lie.

Front staff will stop talking to you and answer the phone only to leave you waiting for them to finish the call to return to your transaction.
