I've had fair share of complaints about Buckeye over the years - usually over things like data caps and high prices and the fact that there's no competition in most of the Toledo area. However, the customer service has always been incredible. I stopped in here to make some account changes, and Amanda P. was an INCREDIBLE help, seriously. Some new packages/offerings had recently come out - and she found that we could pay about $75 less a month, and end up with double the download speeds, double the data limit, and way more TV channels. So this visit exceeded my expectations by far.
