NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY- Have been dealing with this company for 4 months trying to get a refund. This company was used by my Timeshare to book a hotel reservation. The hotel was a DUMP and we decided not to stay there. The hotel has authorized the refund and my Timeshare has tried on numerous occasions to get them to refund the money. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY.

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. THEY ARE ONLY IN THIS FOR THE MONEY.

They say that a refund should have been requested within 45 days and do not acknowledge that we have been working on it for way over that many days.
