i lost my contract phone on the 9th of May last we...

i lost my contract phone on the 9th of May last week monday and i reported the phone where i bought it at Glocell store in Glen village in pretoria the same day in which the phone was lost. we fill the blacklisted form but still today we are still waiting for the ITC REFERENCE number so that we can open a case and claim for insurance but still today there is not reference number. what kind of service is this , i am heart broken because someone is busy using my phone out there.

GLOCELL IS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF US AS THEIR CUSTOMERS. I have been trying to get hold of them but their phone keeps ringing and i have a serious matter here because i want to black list my lost phone so that i can get a reference number in order to claim for insurance. since i reported a phone last week monday but still today there is no one to assist me with ITC reference number. what kind of service is this?
