One of my two favorite ramen sites in Madrid and above with a very economical price. They do not accept reservations except for large groups. There is usually a queue but the waiting time is reasonable and worth it !!
I have not eaten ramen noodles so rich elsewhere. They are incredibly rich and chefs always find the perfect point, whatever the broth.
There are different types of broths and all are very good. I especially love mazesoba, which is very tasty.
