Incompetent staff, not willing to help, arrogant and with attitude, kept saying there's nothing they can do for me

I received the wrong part ordered and they expect me to return it using my own money !

Its your fault, dont give me the BS with Terms and Conditions state you don't cover return fees, well its your fault you dont expect to send random items to people and for them to cover return fees for your incompetence, lack of professionalism

As explained to me by a Legal rep, these Terms and Conditions are loose and won't hold water in a small claims track!

See you guys in court, and for the rest of the people considering these guys, please be aware of this issue I have had, reading other reviews, many other have had the exact same issue recently

Disgusted, GOOGLE needs to take them down at least
