The worst architects I had business with. No follow-up work (suddenly companies take their time ...). Result, four months late for work meant to last a month. An architect hard to reach, promising everything and doing nothing. Companies boring the place in a deplorable state (screw, nail, paint, butts, cups, ...). A vague promise without continuation to bring a cleaning company. Run away.
