Last year it was cataracts and vision enhancement. This year it was a small bleeding retinal tear. I thought this latest problem was an infection, "cooties" I said to the person who answered the phone. After asking a number of pertinent questions, the individual scheduled me to see the retinal team, which turned out to be the correct placement and may have kept me from a detached retina! They diagnosed the issue, got insurance approval, and put a barrier on the tear right then and there. Two hours total time. They all, receptionists to doctors, are very helpful and knowledgeable. And they run their appointments on time to boot! I recommend them unequivocally.
