A special Thank You to Kevin, who took exceptional care of our evening.

Each menu item was heavenly.

I had the Keep the Beet in Thyme cocktail. It was delicious.

Popovers, so light and fluffy. I will be trying these at home, though I know I will never come close what BLT's creates.

Salad, fresh. More importantly, CRISP!

Crabcakes, fantastic. All crab, just a thin outer Cake coating to keep it together.

Oh the BACON! Ohhhhh.... the BACON!

Ok, so the meats.....

I had the Waygu skirt. It was something I will be talking about for the rest of the year. I ordered Med-Rare.

Truly, so soft. Supple. Cook to true perfection.

We also ordered a filet mignon, also Med-Rare.

It was a beautiful, tall, steak goddess. The char was gorgeous and very tasty.

I will be dreaming of this meal for some time.
