I received your monthly invoice, which indicates that the SEPA bank collection method came into effect.
So far nothing to observe.

My bank did not know anything about that debt.

I hope that your quality of service improves a little, because contacting you by phone is an ordeal, that a poor mortal does not augur, however holy it may be !!!!! will it be neglect ,,, carelessness ,,, lack of staff ,,, or something else?
