I placed an order on 12.05.20 and I paid online (the delivery time displayed being 2 days) and even today, May 18, I don't know when I will receive the product.
The service they call CustomerCare is a phone number that no one answers.
I gave several emails to which I was told that the product would be sent, but no one says when.
Do you really have to ask them to send you the product already paid for ?!
This is not an attitude of people who want to grow their business, simply teasing customers.
