I hired Jordan Rasberry approximately 5 years ago to have my condo rented out and we had the condo listed at January 1 at 9 AM not knowing if we might get anyone soon. By 12 PM we received 12 offers!!! Every year since then I have got him to put in new tenants and each and everyone of them have been a landlords dream of easy tenancy. I recently put my condo up for sale and these units usually sell within a month. Mine sold within 27 hours with above asking price!!
