Worst customer service EVER. Their hours don t mat...

Worst customer service EVER. Their hours don t match what they have listed and you won t be able to reach them before 9 am despite it saying that they open at 8 - you ll just get an answering machine. They want you to check your labs online but don t ever post them. Today I called several times with a rather large issue in the morning and was told not to panic the doctor would call me back - several hours later and no word so I called at 4:25 because they *say* they close at 5 and was on hold for 15 minutes only to get disconnected. I tried to call back and the answering service was all that was available despite it being only 4:45. The staff and doctors are friendly but they need to figure out their hours because ota frustrating trying to work around their schedules when you don t know what they are!
