For someone that is the main point of contact, your receptionist is horrible ! definitely needs to consider if she is in the right job or not. Very rude, blunt and just plain useless at passing on messages, or getting people to call you back !! Mind you i didn't just call or visit your office once, but five times ! and all times have been a horrible experience
