Messed up the order, was only two mixed grills. I asked for Steak medium and it came like a piece of carpet. The chips were freezing also. They told me they'd replace the steak which by the time it was done my food had already been eaten. The staff were actually quite friendly and tried their best in my opinion.

I have been to the Fayre & Square in Bolton however and the experience was excellent, I recommend going there over this place.
