We experienced a reservations mistake, due to making a change to our reservation over the phone, and wound up not having a room available for us at all. The hotel manager suggested that it was my mistake, which I disagree with. Unfortunately we can't know for sure, since no confirmation email was ever sent after the change. I'm sure it was an innocent mistake, but I'm also sure it was their mistake, one that could have been avoided with a confirmation email, phone call, text, etc.
