When we recently began shopping for a newer used car to replace our aging Hyundai Sonata, we knew that our vehicle of choice was another Hyundai, particularly the Elantra. We had previously purchased from Hyundai of Turnersville, with positivite results. But, we decided to check out all avenues, including Carmax and Carvana, among others. After much research, we decided to reach out to Hyundai of Turnersville again. Best decision we ever made! From the time we were greeted on the lot by our salesman, Mr. Bill Walsh, we knew we were going to buy from them again. Bill was wonderful. He took his time with us, showing us the many fine CPO vehicles that they had to offer. No pressure whatsoever. We came back about a week later and sought out Bill. We took a few vehicles out for a spin and made our decision to purchase. Everyone there was friendly and treated us with respect and provided a very comfortable buying experience.

When we discovered that Hyundai (along with many other car manufacturers) had decided to discontinue placing spare tires in vehicles, in an attempt to save weight to meet federal fuel efficiency mandates, we were quite upset at the notion of having no spare tire. (A decision which Hyundai & other manufacturers have since reversed ). We explained our concerns to Bill and he listened to us.and understood how we felt. He spoke with management and was able to arrange to have the spare tire kit provided to us. We received a call from Bill the following day to let us know that is was available. Bill unpacked the kit and installed it in the trunk for us! Thank you Bill!

This is the way to do business! Taking care of customers and treating them like family!
No one really likes the process of car shopping. But, with these fine folks at Hyundai of Turnersville they make it a pleasure.
We have referred family and friends to your dealership in the past and will continue to do so. We will be back!
