The car itself has been fantastic... Aside from the heater not working well, but I am replacing the thermostat on my own. I understand it cant be perfect.

What wasn't a great experience and part of the reason why I am giving less than 4 stars, is the sales team. It has been almost 6 months since I bought my car, so I don't remember his name, but my salesperson was terrible. Left us for pretty much the entire transaction. The best part of the experience was the finance guy, he was thorough, made us feel comfortable and no pushy at all. He was the reason we went forward and I pushed to have him get the commission over our salesperson.

The salespeople all have the door to door salesman type vibe... Was very very unimpressed by the team.

But my car has been great, over 10k miles and haven't run into a big issue yet (knock on wood)
