When I visited the place was overrun, the line to buy ice cream was at least 20 minutes. The wait for a tour was over an hour and the tour is just watch a video for a few minutes, look down at a factory from above, and eat a 2 tablespoon sample of an ice cream. I wouldn't really recommend this place for families with young energetic children.
