My mother attained the services of this company after becoming disabled and being injured. They got her SSI and were paid. They received money for the case as well as money for my minor brother. There were 2 bills and my brother receives a small monthly amount. My brother has chronic lyme and my mother has many medical conditions. The company changed her paralegal multiple times and she told them that she wanted to file for my brother and his disability also and she thought they were doing just that and they were not. My mother being ill and not understanding how this case went and the lack of the paralegals listening to her has caused her to have to deal with SSI on her own, while being very ill. If you are hired to do a job and are paying for representation you would think you would get what you asked for but not with this company. My mother is being billed for medical records and they have been paid by SSI for both her and my minor brother, and with little to no benefit. My brothers lyme has made it very hard for my mother to take care of him because she is struggling herself. What are Lawyers for?
