The first room we had was dirty. The manager was receptive and was gonna going to have the room clean for us by the time we got back. But instead the towels were changed but the sheets were not. Furthermore the room was very very hot and when I complained they said that they couldn't do anything about it because engineering had turned off the AC for the season. So instead where they gave us was a fan and oscillating small fan which was nowhere near efficient enough because during the day it was 75 degrees close to Plus. That night on the first night that were there I spoke to another manager named Wesley and he had told me that the AC was turned on but I am thinking in retrospect he didn't know there were staying for 2 nights cuz essentially he had lied to me without looking up my room and how long I was actually going to stay. I told him that the sheets hadn't been changed the AC was very hot so you said that he was going to upgrade us. The second night was much better we had an upgraded room that actually had its own AC system so we're very comfortable that night. So overall are experienced the second night was much much better but that first room was dirty and the AC didn't work so overall I wouldn't come back to this hotel again.
