I have been a client of Mercedes Benz since 2017 and have always prided myself with driving my vehicle however I feel it is important to make it known that my vehicle was taken in last week Thursday not for routine service but as a responsible driver I was responding to a engine warning light so I took my vehicle in. ITS BEEN A WEEK and I HAVE NOT BEEN PROVIDED WITH A Courtesy Vehicle instead Im told that i need to go onto a waiting list. Im so disheartened that up to today even after numerous efforts to get a courtesy vehicle as the part which needed to be replaced was not available I have not been helped and attended to. Im baffled at the treatment i have received and I'M NOT CERTAIN if this is the way a BRAND such as MERCEDES threats customers. My reaction yes Reaction to this is that that I am treated this way based on who I am I.E. " NOBODY". I feel that my initially understanding and accommodating the situation has resulted in Mercedes Centurion not taking me seriously AND TREATING ME AS A NOBODY which is rather unfortunate and DISTASTEFUL. I say this as other people have not been treated in this way. Im very disappointed and feel that I may need to reconsider my loyalty to the brand and dealership. YES im lashing out and rightfully so. What is done for one client should be constantly done for others as well this does not do justice to the BRAND unless this is how we should perceive Mercedes. My experience indicates that the has been far below standard service.
