I contacted Bay Ridge Hyundai in concern of a popular incident (Radio Shark Fin) that happen with Hyundai Sonata's. The Radio Shark Fin comes off extremely easily. I literally was driving on the highway while it was raining and heard a loud drop on the back of my rear glass. I come out to see the entire radio fin gone. Me being the person I am, I instantly called the dealership and finally got a chance to speak with a representative.

She begins to tell me that the Sonata's only come with a warranty pertaining to stuff like engine and transmission repairs. Which is funny because the person who help me lease the car told me that the car had a bumper to bumper warranty. Which in my eyes should fix the shark fin. She proceeds to tell me she is going to look into it. I received no follow up/call back from them.

Now I have to look for other means of fixing this Shark Fin. I proceed to call down their phone to get in touch with someone who can help me.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
