Reservation for 12/30, I put my family up in this hotel as they were visiting family. They were given a dirty room that contained hair on the bed, a dead bug, and a full refrigerator from the last guest. This is completely unacceptable. I spoke with the manager on duty, Jessica, who said she didn't see a hair or bug and there was a bag of popcorn in the trash. She failed to recognize the plastic bag full of trash in the bathroom which my family had to pickup. Over 300 stays at Marriott and I'm embarrassed that my family had to go through this.
