Tony was the tech who serviced my furnace. Personable and knows his profession. Tony answered a lot of questions for me on the existing HVAC system/s (not installed by Pyramid) that were helpful. He was on time and I even got a day of appointment conformation call from the office.

Jennifer at the office was my contact for setting up the HVAC service on two properties. Pleasure to work with her as she too represented Pyramid very well.
