Speak to Andrew, Cristofer replies Andrew is on vacation. I purchased the maintenance package I also bought an extended warranty, I made an appointment for today for routine maintenance and a recall.
The guy Cristofer says bring the car in on Monday and I ll fit you in, really what if I get there on Monday and he s on vacation. This service department is a joke ladies and gentlemen. I shave bought several vehicles there. The sales department is great but the experience with the service department is pathetic.
