After recently purchasing a new condo, I want to commend the Core Assets realty team, in particular John O Connor, for all their hard work and dedication to their clients.

From our first interaction, John s professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market in Toronto was very apparent. During our first meeting, he was very attentive and listened to my particular wants/needs regarding what I was looking for in the marketplace and thoughtfully explained the entire process involved in purchasing a new home.

John also offered assistance in getting in touch with both a lawyer and mortgage broker, both of whom had nothing but great things to say about working with him. Throughout the entire process, John was always available at a moment s notice to assist with any questions or concerns I had and was incredibly timely in his responses.

Having worked with other agents in the past, I can happily say that John has been the best agent I ve dealt with from his warm demeanor to his willingness to do what it takes to satisfy client expectations was above and beyond what I ve experienced with other agents. John s attitude and work ethic will take him far in the industry.
