I have had a front row seat to a horror show. I am not a policy holder thank god, but unfortunately my elderly father is. To make this long story short they are slow, hire sub contractors that my ten year old could do a better job, and don't have any consideration for any of my fathers belongings. Disgusting how they operate and treat him. Maybe time to get a lawyer. Suggestions?
