Absolutely appalling service and incredibly rude floor staff. The management refuse to honour the marketing present and visible throughout the venue. The restaurant Watergrill operates and marches to it's own drum and has no customer service skills. Been several times, and due to this disgusting experience will not return. Came for my niece's Birthday with my family including elderly members all full paying. Yet treated like we are just mugs who came in out of the gutter, not the frequently visiting members we are. When challenging the reality of their in house marketing they then return suit by threatening with security.

Get your act together. Your competition puts you to shame!

Disgracefully dealt with experience. Perhaps Sergeant Darren Thompson should hear of your heavily handed exploits in dealing with long standing members.
