Same day service by 3.30pm excellent customer service replied no we said 5pm well YOUR Email says 3.30pm. No update.
4.55pm is not going to work for me.
Had to cancel the job.
Very clever website outsourcing is fine if you tell the customers. I should of used a local tradesman. Really should of checked the reviews first.
Lesson learnt!!!
