Have a horrible experience with customer service. Called there and described my problem. I was not quite ready, I was bluntly told that this can not be and my problem does not exist. Of course I was annoyed and said that I am a customer who needs help and does not want to be questioned. Since the great colleague of customer service with a "Thank you for the call" just hung up! Unfortunately, I did not write down the name to complain about him properly. The next colleague was a bit more concerned about my problem, but the behavior of his colleague and my disappointment as a customer seemed to him to be pretty much matter.
All in all, I have not been helped yet (a week ago).
Conclusion: maybe AVM should train his Hotmail team and record all calls! The customer is unfortunately more of a burden in the already service desert Germany. Very sad.
