We were overcharged at the Britannia Inn Hotel hot...

We were overcharged at the Britannia Inn Hotel hotel in Ilfordy (by the way unpleasantly you can not go) and after communicating there has been no response from Logitravel, lousy attention. I never think to hire them again.
