Poor moral in majority of staff. There are a few good folks who seemed to care but the overall tone was meat market, Bring them in ship them out. i took daughter there for her improvement from a supportive consutative staff to assist her in her problem. What I received was an INTAKE person who seemed to want confrontation. A Socail worker who had to many cases and really never communicated, a PYSH doctor who did nothing but status quo.I saw very little strong medical knowledge in staff and absolutely horrible customer service , felt we were bothering them when asking questions and trying to gain the guidance of HBC.They clearly wanted to take in and ship out a "payday" with very little investment in patient and parents and the long term recovery. Maybe that is there mission but I would say never more frustrated with a medical facility at a time when we were dying for support and guidnace
