How can I give them a negative star review?I got a statement for $1495. I call to get things fixed. They said they spoke with one person in the medicaid office who said I was not a member (which means they only tried once). Really? So, I ask them to re-submit. No go. They don't do that. I ask to speak to a supervisor, nope. I asked if they were submitting with the correct insurance information, you know, it's easy to transpose a number, mis-spell a name.... No. I am not allowed that information. I hang up and call back when calmed down. The same exact conversation. Only this time, I was told to pay or they would send to collections. I call my insurance. They were astounded at what I was told. Come to find out, the bill was already paid to E-Cardio, same company, different name. They were trying to double bill!
