Great service, friendly and professional from the moment I drove in until I drove out. Jeff took my car, immediately to find out what was wrong with it and I was a drive-in, trying to get to a meeting. As it turned out, I ended up buying a new 350 Lexus from Brian. I even took his demo home and he delivered my new car to my home. Can't beat that for service. Doug, in finance, was equally excellent. Northside Lexus is my new home and I have bought from other Lexus dealerships in Houston.
