The hotels staff are horrible I had an incident with the saloon where I paid for a keratin treatment twice, the owner of the saloon was a racist snob, who didn't even take my complaint seriously and hung up on my face without any negotiation the hotel gave me false hope that they will forward the complaint to management and never did, wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, plus they never change the bed sheets nasty people.

Edit: I already talked to the owner he's some rude snob he promised me a refund in the first day the next day the guy is so double faced he acted like nothing happened the day before and hanged up on my face
