Baxter Ford went above and beyond my expectations! I have never experienced a dealer that truly cared about the customer like them! They took care of everything I would normally be looking for when buying a used vehicle. They let us talk to the mechanic, drove it to our mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection, and took care of all issues before letting us drive off the lot. In fact, when they saw the AC didn t work, they told us they were concerned, with the predicted heat index, about me driving it with kids and made sure we had other ride arrangements, to keep us safe. I definitely recommend them to anyone!
