It is my first ever review on anything, but this place deserves all the credit. I can't say enough how happy I am with my experience. I brought my cat today to get the Veterinary Health form required for a domestic flight. All the staff was super nice, caring, and informative. Before the visit, they gave me all the tips to make my cat s visit as fear-free as possible. When we got there, due to COVID, they weren't allowing people inside, but the process was very smooth. I got to talk with the doctor on the phone during the examination, which was nice and informative. They even translated my cat's previous medical history, which was in Turkish, and provided me a letter to give to the airport staff in order not to have difficulties there, not upon my request! I've never seen my cat so calm after a vet visit. Highly recommend!
