We are extremely impressed by Floortex's commitment to customer satisfaction. We encountered a severe rippling problem within a year for the carpet installed by Floortex for a new home. The owner, Jon, was wonderful to work with and we are very appreciative for his willingness to put the customer first before any concern about the cost he ate to put in new carpet.
