Honestly the food wasn t bad but the atmosphere was unlike any other Schlotzskys I ve ever been too. First, it s in a strip mall and dreary inside- poor lighting, nasty ceiling tiles, and we walked out smelling like we had been in a bar. Service was ssooooooo slow and they weren t busy. Literally took 20 minutes to get my pizza and salad, packed to go even though I didn t request it to go. Pizza was barely warm. Employees were not engaging at all- zero! Looks like the place has been reduced in size as a shop next door takes up space that used to be part of the schlotzskys- guess other people agree because the place was empty and it was 1:20 - lunch time. Finally, there was a swarm (20-30) flys hanging around the entry matt outside the front door. They scattered as I approached and I wondered how not to allow any inside as I tried to enter... no chance. I had to contend with quite a few during my meal.
