Dan is amazing! Our house was broken into on February 2, 2018 at noon in broad daylight. They gained access to the house by driving into the garage door. Needless to say, they caused significant damage to the door where it would no longer open or close. I called the original installer of the door that has done all the repairs since installation and asked them to send some one out ASAP as the house could not be secured. They told me that they could not get anyone dispatched until after hours and there would be a after hours service call. I called another service and they told me they couldn't get anyone dispatched til the next day.

I then called Midtown, who I had never done business with before and spoke to Dan. When I explained the situation to Dan he said that he would soon be en route to another job and that he would stop by my house on the way. He said he probably would not be able to fix it, but he should be able to at least secure it. I told him that was great and gave him my address. He showed up 1/2 hour later. After looking at the door, he said he had parts available on his truck and that he would not only be able to secure it, but that he would also be able to repair it to state where it would fully function until we could get it replaced. He expeditiously repaired it, charged me an extreme;y fair price and gave me a bid for a new door. I will definitely use Midtown for the new door. I can't thank Dan enough.
