Marriott Platinum Elite member. Check in was pleasant. King Fallsview Executive room had amazing views. Dustin was polite and prompt with room service wine. No robes in the room even though we had requested them. The concierge lounge was not in use and we were directed to the breakfast buffet. It was packed with bus tourists that stuck their hands in the food. Staff was attentive, though. Marriott members: check room rates before using your points.
