very average...dissappointed..had australian visit...

very average...dissappointed..had australian visitors..they wanted to view hotel to stay there on there next visit to cape town..food was terrible...i was sick the whole night..vegetable platter was terrible..tasted like it came out the fregirator...tasted old..cheese cake tasted also old..it actually choked me and i vomited..the service has to be improved..very average for a 5 star hotel..bad experience..the first time it happened..i frequent fairly often....mr .essop..
