I have recently had my 4th operation at Maidstone Hospital and have had sessions at Tunbridge Wells Hospital for a urological problem. I have found the urological staff and the staff on the short stay ward to be friendly and professional, the meals to be good including a visit to the staff restaurant. Why not five stars? A long wait of 9 hours for my operation causing some stress because of hunger and seemingly some lack of communication between doctors and ward staff.
